  • Keep all pills and the Pillbox Pager Deluxe out of reach of children. Although the Pillbox Pager Deluxe has a child-resistant hatch, users should keep pills and the Pillbox Pager Deluxe securely stored away whenever children are around.
  • Be aware of the expiration date of your medication. Discard old or unused medicines by flushing them down the toilet. Do not leave old or unused pills in the Pillbox Pager Deluxe.
  • Don't share medications or offer your medications to anyone.
  • Examine pills and labels carefully and under sufficient lighting to ensure you're taking the right medication.
  • Don't crush, chew or open capsules unless directed by your physician.
  • Take medication in strict accordance with your physician's orders.
  • When using the Pillbox Pager Deluxe, take out and store only what is needed for short-term usage. Keep the remaining medications in their original containers with labels intact.
  • Do not mix different pills in the same pillbox storage compartment. Store only one medication type in each compartment.
  • Store medications in a safe, dry place--not in bathroom medicine cabinets, in direct sunlight, or in moisture driven environments.
  • Travel with prescription and original containers with labels intact even when using the Pillbox Pager Deluxe. Whether at home or away, keep a current list of medications and vitamins, including dosage, how often taken daily, and expiration date.
  • Check the low-battery indicator periodically and replace before battery dies.
  • Do not immerse the Pillbox Pager Deluxe.
  • The Pillbox Pager Deluxe is not intended for patients suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other forms of dementia.
