Forgetting to take medications on time as prescribed causes more than 125,000 deaths annually in the cardiovascular area alone, and it accounts for billions in excess healthcare costs each year. Unfortunately, most people are not even aware of the problem.

Senior citizens, most of whom live on a fixed income, are not likely to spend their limited funds on the costly and complicated pill reminders now on the market. Others may not fully recognize the dangers of neglecting to take medication as prescribed. We are making it known that forgetting to take one's medication is one major healthcare problem that is easily preventable.
